JUST IN - White House Chief Of Staff Andrew Card has resigned and budget biggie Josh Bolten takes over. Immediately after the appointment, Bolten was seen walking out of Walgreens with a large bottle of Ibuprofen.

St. Albans Messenger reports ' Teaching assistant charged with sexually assaulting student'. Melanie Hackett, 24 has been placed on leave after confessing she was involved with a 13 year old boy.
